I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was convenient and close to the city center and the river, there were some issues with the room being cold even with the thermostat turned up. The service was friendly but inexperienced at times, and the breakfast, although good, didn't quite meet the expectations advertised. The facilities were adequate, and the value for money was reasonable.

The hotel had some issues with dampness causing breathing difficulties and lacked mountain views in the rooms. Despite the initial discomfort of a freezing cold room that required using a loud wall heater, the overall stay was acceptable.
